Welcome to Old Towne!
Old Towne Condominiums is a 122 unit complex. Old Towne is not just a great complex to reside in, but an attractive community interest property with a country like setting. We take great pride in our complex and are always pleased to welcome new families.
The Board, consisting of 7 unit owners, works diligently to make Old Towne a pleasant place to live. Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Cheshire Stop and Shop, Highland Avenue, 6 PM in the 2nd floor meeting room [accessible by stairs or elevator).
Unit owners are welcome to attend all meetings. In addition, there is a Unit Owner's Forum at the start of each meeting if you wish to address any issues before the Board.
